President's editorial
Dear Alumnae, Dear Alumni,
It is always with great pleasure that we produce a new Alumzine, the online magazine reflecting the dynamism of your Association. I hope that each and every one of you will find something to your liking, whether in the news of the Faculty, the activities of the Association or the very interesting file that follows the common thread of the concept and history of tax, a subject that, I believe, concerns us all…
For this editorial I would like to focus on the year that is opening up to us: the 50th anniversary of the Association! 2025 is therefore looking even more dynamic and festive than usual. Throughout the year your team from the Alumni office and the committee has planned to roll out a program stamped 50th Jubilee. That said, to be able to best materialize all the abundant ideas coming out of the creative brains of your team, a lot of energy will be required. I am therefore launching an appeal to all those of good will who would be interested in joining one of our projects and getting involved in organizing one or more of the events. I am thinking in particular of the big 50th anniversary evening that we want to organize at the start of the school year in September. So do not hesitate, contact us to offer us a little of your time and your brilliance!
Beyond the time and energy of the members, our 50th anniversary program will also require financial means. If you see the possibility of putting us in contact with sponsors and donors, we are also very interested in hearing from you. And of course, the first support remains each and every one of you who trusts us by paying your annual membership: as an independent association, you remain our biggest sponsor and we are very grateful to you.
In terms of a look back at the recent past, I would like to thank the entire office team, under the leadership of Laetitia Fatio, our assistants Séraphine Carroz (who is leaving us soon), Emma Balet (who finished at the end of the last semester) and Lucie Poncet (who joined us this semester). A special thank you to Candice Richardet who seized a new professional opportunity after almost 4 years of organizing events, administration and... many other activities! Candice is fortunately staying with us as an alumna! And finally, welcome to Naémie Besson-Kesraoui who has just joined us to succeed Candice.
I take this opportunity to wish you all a very joyful festive Period and a safe step into our 50th Anniversary year!
