Haja completed the first part of his career managing Nestlé businesses in the Congo, Kenya and Mauritius. Throughout these operational roles he developed a strong interest for people management and naturally moved to HR management roles initially for Cotecna Inspection and now Oryx Energies, two organizations strongly rooted on the African continent. Haja also ran his own consultancy businesses in international trade, in HR and management, coaching many entrepreneurs in their start-up projects. Haja holds a master degree in Business Economics from Lausanne University Faculty of Business and Economics (HEC Lausanne), a MAS in Human Ressources Management and a CAS in merger & acquisition. He is the President of HEC Lausanne Alumni’s Association since 2020
