Graduation ceremonies 2025
Congratulation and Welcome to a new cohort of Alumni
On Saturday November 29th 2025, the HEC Lausanne community gathered at the SwissTech Convention Center to celebrate the achievements of Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates during the official graduation ceremonies.
This day marked an important milestone for 404 Bachelor’s graduates and 568 Master’s graduates, whose efforts and commitment were recognized after several years of study. Families, friends, faculty members, and institutional representatives were present to share in this meaningful and symbolic moment.

Welcome to the HEC Lausanne Alumni Community
On this occasion, Laetitia Fatio, Director of the HEC Lausanne Alumni Association, addressed the graduates to officially welcome them into the Alumni network. She emphasized that the connection with HEC Lausanne does not end with the final exam or the awarding of the diploma: “You are—and for life—HEC Alumni.”
The new graduates join a community of more than 15,000 Alumni across some seventy countries—a dynamic, supportive, and professional network led by an Association celebrating its 50th anniversary.
She highlighted the importance of networking in both professional and personal journeys, echoing the words of Dean Marianne Schmid Mast: “We grow through our relationships, by exchanging, listening, and sharing.”
She also reminded the graduates that “your success also depends on your network, on the people you surround yourself with,” and encouraged this new cohort of Alumni to take full advantage of the opportunities offered by the Association—mentoring, conferences, afterworks, company visits, and events in Switzerland and abroad—to get actively involved and continue to grow these valuable connections.
