New CAS in Project Leadership

Ongoing education: a new CAS in Project Leadership will begin in March 2023.

A new CAS in Project Leadership has been created and will begin in March 2023. It was developed in response to our changing environment which impacts the field of project management and demands that project managers not only be adaptive and reactive, but also resilient, inclusive, and customer- and value-oriented.

“We have decided to create this CAS (…) to allow actors to access the latest scientific advancements at the heart of current concerns and thus renew their thoughts, their knowledge, arouse their curiosity and prompt them to question their assumptions to become open-minded project leaders", says Prof. Stéphanie Missonier in charge of the program.

Highlights of the program: 

• Innovative tools and approaches inspired by the field of design, agility and inclusive management
• A multidisciplinary team combining Professors from HEC Lausanne, experts, coaches and designers
• Preparation for the Professional Agile Leadership certification, recognized worldwide
• Integration of design methods and diversity management in projects
• A focus on the human aspects of project management
