HEC Lausanne EMBA Shines in 2024 Financial Times Ranking with Strong Diversity and Alumni Impact
The HEC Lausanne Executive MBA proudly maintains a stable position in the 2024 Financial Times EMBA ranking, securing 70th place globally. Featured for the 13th consecutive year in the highly competitive rankings, where numerous schools enter and exit annually, the HEC Lausanne Executive MBA is one of only five Swiss EMBA programmes ranked in the top 100.
Championing Gender Diversity Among Participants
As in previous years, HEC Lausanne’s flagship programme stands out for its commitment to diversity. With 58% female participants in the Class of 2024, they rank among the top 10 EMBAs worldwide for female representation and are in the top 5 across Europe. Within this year’s ranking, they are the 7th programme with the highest percentage of female participants, highlighting their continued dedication to fostering gender balance in leadership.
Excelling in Global Perspective and International Diversity
Our programme also continues to excel in international diversity, with 81% international participants, ranking 2nd in Switzerland and within the top 20 worldwide. Their commitment to offering a global perspective is further enriched by their faculty, with HEC Lausanne Executive MBA ranking in the top 20 worldwide for international faculty.
Attracting Experienced Candidates for Meaningful Contributions
In addition to diversity, they proudly rank 32nd globally for the work experience of their participants, which highlights a focus on attracting professionals with significant industry expertise. This enables dynamic class discussions and impactful group collaboration.
Showcasing a World-Class Alumni Network with a Significant Impact
A key highlight in this year’s ranking is the EMBA’s outstanding performance in the new Alumni network impact criterion, where they secured 57th place globally and 1st Alumni network with a main campus in Switzerland. This achievement underscores ongoing efforts to cultivate an engaged and impactful alumni community.
